I am trying to login in Web Collaboration - Single Session Chat as agent but when it is start the applet i am getting the below error. Can anybody experienced this issue?
System Error: Login to the ICM Media Routing Domain failed
This issue can occur if you the CCS ports are blocked in the firewall configuration. Check the same and if you allow the CCS ports, the agents will be able to login.
