My router cannot load IOS and it is always loading in bootstrap with the (boot)> symbol. Unfortunately I do not have a backup of the IOS, do you think it has been corrupted? I am pasting some info to help.

Ok I found the problem, I had boot system rom in front on boot system flash in the startup-config. However I would like to remove the other 2 entries in the flash directory shown above how can I accomplish that ?

Andrea, what do you have for router, is it a 1600 series, if 1600 series refer to bellow link " Class B file system " table and section to remove files from flash.
