I have an UC500, which actually runs CME and Unity Express, and try to start with AvT. I've configured is as sayd in the document:
You can also enter the auto attendant and AvT numbers when running the Cisco Unity Express GUI Initialization Wizard or from the Voice Mail > Call Handling or Administration > Call-in Numbers windows in the GUI.
When i dial the number it says "Unknown number".
Does anyone has any idea where to start troubleshooting?
