PIX Console Port

Hello I need help i tried to log into my PIX console port and the syslog is constantly running tried typing "term no monitor" and it said not supported on console port. How do I turn this off so I can look at my configuration via the console port. "NEED HELP"

Try "no logging console".

Make sure that are you in the configuration mode.

PIX(config)# no logging console
