Is it possible to loadshare multiple equal paths with Src IP?

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to loadbalance three next hops based on source IP, a bit like the etherchannel load balance src-ip idea but for 3 equal cost L3 paths. The main reason is to provide a per SRC IP stickyness to always maintain the same path, where more than one path is available.

I should have said I want to avoid using PBR as in this case, it will not load balance efficiently.
