Have a script that checks reporting stats for logged in agents. The script was acting like agents were not logged in when they actually were. Found the agents showed up in Over all IPCC Stats but not in the CSQ Stats. After some time

they do show up, but then may disappear again. Any ideas???

I am not 100% sure but agents do not log into CSQ so they do not show up in CSQ but they carry a skill for CSQ if call comes to CSQ they take that call.

Is this IPCCX?
