How to load new mib into LMS 2.6

can I load new mib into LMS2.6, in order to select the new mib Device Type into DCR?

Hi Leonardo,

LMS is pre-loaded with all MIB's required to manage the devices types it supports.

Is there a specific device type that you have concerns about? And if so, have you checked the supported device list to see if that device type is supported?

(note, if they are supported in RME, they are supported in DCR)

I have this kind of device

lc7500Chassis 1.3.6.1.4.1.2745.1.4.2.1

I didn't found it on RME supported devices, for that it will be good to load a new mib about this device.

But... it's impossible... right?

This is a LANCAST device (1.3.6.1.4.1.2745 is LANCAST). You cannot add support for this device to LMS. However, assuming it supports generic mibII objects, RME will do some basic inventory collection for it.
