I am wondering if anyone knows of a simple way to monitor multiple lines in Call Manager. For example, I want my adminstrative secretary to be able to monitor the lines of our administrative team members so see if they are on the phone or not. I currently used the shared line but I need a better solution because I don't want the secretary to be able to access the line, I just want them to see if that line is in use. There is a simple web page that the VG248 analog gateway uses to monitor calls and I would like something similar. Any ideas on a simple way to monitor different lines?
