One of my network devices doesn't show up on Topolgy Service Map. The devices shows up when I check the Devices discovered and Data Collection List but not on the map.

What type of device is this? Also, does it have any cdp neighbors when you do a show cdp neigh from the CLI?
If so, does its neighbors appear on the topo map?
