right fax with cme

hi,

we have a right fax installation with cme.

its working fine except that after sometime the fax is not responding and

we are getting user busy though nothing is goin to rightfax.

i am attaching the fax config and isdn debug which shows busy status.

here is router config.

We had this same exact issue. The fix was to apply FP2 to RightFax (assuming you are running version 9.3). Then, you will need to contact Captaris technical support and reference Defect ID 61784. The patch included in that Defect ID addresses the dead air problem by upgrading the fax board driver.

Here is a good advice: Take a look at Sagem-Interstar's XMediusFAX solution. It uses T.38, no fax boards, integrates with all T.38 Cisco gateways and Call manager 4.1, 4.2, 5.1, 6.0, etc. It is a robust and proven solution in the Cisco world. Take a look at partner central, it is a CTDP certified solution.
