Solved: Attendant Console with CUCM 6.0(1)

Can anybody tell me if Cisco Attendant Console works with Cisco UCM 6.0?

I have been told it is not supported with 6.0, and that you need to buy a 3rd party software app in order to get the Attendant Console features? Is this true?

Hi Ben,

Attendant Console is supported with CCM 6.0 :) Here is a link to an excellent 6.0 doc (600 pages). Check out the AC integration starting @ Page 333;
