If I add another T1 card into my 2811 to connect to an additional offsite location how would it be represented? Would it be Serial0/1/0:0?

Also if I added in an ethernet card into the 2811 can I have Ethernet 0/0 and 0/1 both going to the same switch and have both addressed to the same subnet?

Below is the snippit of my current T1 setup although I have changed the identifying info such as IP, DLCi and naming.

------------------------------------

!

interface Serial0/0/0:0

description Connection to nyctny MCI-C500-501

no ip address

no ip proxy-arp

encapsulation frame-relay IETF

load-interval 30

no fair-queue

frame-relay traffic-shaping

hold-queue 75 out

!

interface Serial0/0/0:0.500 point-to-point

description Connection to nyctny MCI-C500-501

bandwidth 1536

ip address 192.168.255.55 255.255.255.252

ip access-group serial0_0_0.500 in

no cdp enable

frame-relay class MCI_t1_t1

frame-relay interface-dlci 500

crypto map SecureMe

I have this problem too.

Yes, on the T1 query

No, on the LAN interface query. Both physical interfaces can't have overlapping subnets.
