Hookflash issue on VG224

Hi,

I've a problem with hookflash on my VGs.

I have a 4.2sr3 CCM custer.

I have been installed the VG224 ( 12.4.T5 ) on my network.

I have perceived that when I press the flash key on my analog phones, nothing happens. I still earing the person on the line. I don't get the line tone to do the transfer.

If I press hook key fastly, I get the line tone and I can transfer the call.

I have tried configure timing hookflash timers on VGs without success.

Does anybody can help me?

Is the VG224 configured as MGCP or SCCP? Sounds like SCCP since you are getting the tone, but just wanted to be sure.

Hi, I've the same problem with SCCP and CUCM 5.1.2.

Who can help me?

Max. Calls is set to 2 on CUCM!
