CCM or CCME through firewall

Hi to all,

I'm studing a IPT solution for my customer.

In their offices he has two company that have two different business, so they want to install for each company a LAN (different switch or Vlan) and two firewall, two different dial plan and two different BRI, but only one CallManager or CCME (andonly one DSL).

So in this situation I have the IPphones inside in company LAN, but the CCM/CCME outside of the firewalls.

My question is, on each company firewall wich port I'll must open, to ensure the normal calling activity? Are enought to enable fixup for SCCP and open port tcp 2000 for incoming call?
