CiscoWorks is just reporting this as error because the other end is not configured as a trunk port. This is usually the case with some leftover configurations in devices and if you are not facing any connectivity problem you can safely ignore this message. To stop this message you will have to configure the Gi0/1 port of the device as per the other end device or, if there is no device connected, remove the config or shut the port.
