Hello, I just upgraded a WLC to version 4.0.206. After the system reset, none of the AP's will work. I assume this is because they are being updated, but how can I see the status of this update, and how long should it take?

Hi Ray,

If you give us some more information I'm sure someone in this forum will be able to help.

What model of WLC? What model of APs?

Can you see the APs in the WLC? Did you try re-enabling the radios on the APs?

What is the status of the LED lights on the APs?

Did you try upgrading the WLC to the latest version of code?

Hope this helps. Please post your findings.

Thanks.

Paul
