Regarding the CLID of incoming calls to your ICD agents,
-what type of gateway do you have: h323, MGCP
-Paste show run and show ver of gateway
-complete call flow: any translation patterns, translations done on the gateway etc... all call flow info
however in order to see the original ANI the ICD agent has to have the "Enterprise Data" window open. This is configured in the Desktop Administrator under the workflow groups.
