CLID on CTI port

In IPCCX, we find that only DN of CTI port show on agent's phone during ringing. After agent answer, it change into caller number. How can I configure it so that CLID can be shown on agent's phone during ringing?

I have this problem too.

Regarding the CLID of incoming calls to your ICD agents,

-what type of gateway do you have: h323, MGCP

-Paste show run and show ver of gateway

-complete call flow: any translation patterns, translations done on the gateway etc... all call flow info

however in order to see the original ANI the ICD agent has to have the "Enterprise Data" window open. This is configured in the Desktop Administrator under the workflow groups.
