There is no FAC on CCME like CM has.

If you are trying to limit calls, you have three solutions:

1. use PIN login with afterhours configuration

2. use COR

3. use a secrete prefix to make certain calls and configure your DP with that.

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Please let me know the configuration details or document for configuring 1 & 3 (PIN Login and sectret prefix).

One more clarification: Can we able to get Call Detail Reports on CCME?

Thanks in advance

Regards,

Hi,

Is it true that CCME 4.1 will support FAC?

Regards,

Hi,

for configuring pin login and after-hours, please reference configuration guide on CCO:

http://cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/products_configuration_guide_book09186a00807c5776.html

for 'secret prefix', just config a new DP with destination-pattern ^2345....T

e.g. 2345 is your secret PIN.

CCME is now versions 4.2 and as I mentioned it does not support FAC like CM does.

Thanks for the rating and good luck!

I sugets all you to test to and share the results
