We are currently suffering from an intermitent fault with our Call Manager running revision 4.1(3)sr5b on an HP DL2.380G2. When the fault occurs a large proportion or sometimes all phones are unable to get dial tone whilst all internal and external currently activated calls are kept up (signaling versus RTP streams). This is then followed by phones turning their speakerphones on and feeding back! This would appear to be a bug fault, but rebooting the CCM's fixes the issues. Has anyone seen this before?
