Hi,
I encountered incorrect email display name when my ACS Solution Engine sent out emails notifiying of ACS events. (e.g. csmon_alert@<acs_name>)
I have migrated over from ACS v2.6 to ACS Solution Engine v3.3 using the following method.
- backup and uploaded the existing ACS config (v2.6) and restore it onto a ACS installed on my VMWare.
- upgraded the VMWare ACS to version 3.3 matching the ACS Solution Engine version.
- Backup the new config and upload the new file to the ACS Solution Engine.
