Anyone use IPM for SLA metrics to present to a customer? I wanted to get ideas on the best way to use IPM for SLA metrics from users already doing it.

When configuring IP SLA in CLI or IPM, limitation for the tag is set to 15 characters. This behavior is observed in IOS 12.4(12) and 12.4(6) and on IOS 12.4(T). IPM Installation on Windows:
