HI all,

I need to setup transoding for outbound calls but Im having difficulty getting it to work. can I force a call to be g711 between Phone and CME then transode the call to g729 for the oubound site leg

Phone to CME G711 ? XCODE ? SIPLink

You can't get cme to transcode codecs when voice-class of multiple codec preferences are used in the call. CME does not do end-to-end codec negotiation between the two call legs
