CUE restart, i just have access on boot-loader

Hello,

My CUE uses version 2.0. But I think that the files are corrupted. This is why the CUE always starts again when it is on the dwnldr_startup.sh line.

However when I type the order ?verify? in the boot-loader, I receives the messages of information, then the router is halted.

Question:

Why the CUE always starts again, but the "verify" command gives us results?

Is it really a corrupted file?

This issue occurs because Advanced Integration Module (AIM)-Cisco Unity Express (CUE) has run out of space. The problem centers around the clean up procedures that run on the module. This process is not running properly, so the module is not cleaning up the database and logs file as expected.
