Unity Phone View doesnt work with CCM4.13

trying to setup Unity 5.0 Phone view with CCM 4.13. Get an error with SelectCmDevice OpenRequest Fail. Testing with http://ccm-ip/ccmcip/authenticate.jsp.

This JSP file is not on my ccm 4.13 server. Its only on a ccm5.x server.

In the integration I am selecting CCM4.13 integration. The passwords and user accounts are correct.

Any ideas ?

Have you gone through the Phone View troubleshooting doc yet?

Yes I have gone through that guide. That is one of the issues I am raising. The guide indicates to test with authenticate.jsp file. In Call Manager 4.13, there isnt a JSP file, its an .ASP file.

I have a TAC case open since last week. They are still trying to figure it out.

I have looked into this and you are correct that CCM 4.1(3) does not have authenticate.jsp. This is an error in the troubleshooting doc. The document should have separate sections for 4.x and 5.x+ for this troubleshooting step. Using authenticate.asp is the correct thing to do in that step. Sorry about the confusion.

Did you ever get a resolution for this? I'm hitting same issue with Unity 5.0(1) Phone View and CallManager 4.1(3)SR6. I suspect it has something to do with MLA, and this customer deleted CCMAdministrator when they setup MLA. I am using a user who under MLA is in the SuperUserGroup but still failing.
