When I am getting a lot of errors on the standby routers to do with not being able to find the virtual interface with the IP of the active router. Any help would be gratefully recieved.

Sorry I feel I should clarify the problem appears to be that when traffic is sent to the main router it is fine but then no traffic can go to the interface and you cannot ping the interface. I think this is when it is forwarding to the secondary.

Debug errors gives

*Apr 4 22:24:41.011: GLBP: Vl1 API ARP active virtual address not foun

for a variety of ip's in the range
