Calls not going to Vmail - just one user

ccm and unity 5.1. This was a working phone and then poof outside callers never get forwarded to vmail. I deleted and added the profile in Unity and see no difference on the device settings. Any help on additional troubleshooting ?

Hi Tom,

On the Directory Number Configuration page for the problem phone try un-checking the Forward no Answer and Forward Busy Voicemail checkboxes and enter the actual Unity Pilot # instead. Reset the phone and see if this works.

There is a Bug related to this issue that I can find when I get a few minutes.
