Unity 4.2 backup

Guys i am building a unity server (i have bought a new server) now how can i backup old info from my old server and can upload to my new server....is it posisble as its my first time with unity...i have used bars for ccm....but dont know abt unity???

Unity server has something similar to BARS in ccm, called as Dirt. You can find it from cisco unity tools depot. Following page some demonstration videos, how to do it.
