Extension Numbers

Hi

I just want to know whether there are any possibilities to make an extension dial out to National/Mobile numbers and not to allow any incoming calls to that number ? Except for calling from other extensions ( within a site and from other sites)... Summing up it should not be DDI number when call comes from outside ...

Please help me in the above ...

Hello Vino:

If you have DID range of 1000-1500, just assign a number which is not part of the DID, so it cannot be reached from outside.

Put the number in CSS for National/Mobile partitions, so that number can dial national.

Assume that it is extension 1111/Partition_X

Just create CSS which will not include partition_X, but will include partitions of your other phones. This CSS apply as a incoming CSS to your gateway. This way gateway will not be able to reach 1111. Your other phones if they have in CSS partition_X, they will be able to reach 1111.
