Lost CSA in tray after intsall and reboot

I make a new policy with rules Force VPN and Cisco VPN client policies.

After this I create group VPN FORCE and Windows Agent Kit with this group.

After installation on the windows client and reboot there in no CSA in tray...and there is no CSA in MCCSA also?

What could be a problem

I have this problem too.

Either no Agent UI rule applied to the hosts or a rule that hides the UI and you won't see the little red flag.

Is there a rule that should keep it showing?

I have 2 policies assigned to the group and 1 host assigned to that group. How can I check this Agent UI rule? Where should I find that?

Look at the host details and see if there is an Agent UI policy/rule module/rule assigned to it.
