CISCOWORKS 1.5.1 AND WHAT'S UP GOLD

Hi there,

i have a trouble!!!

I have 90days evaluation software CiscoWorks Small Network Management Solution that include whatsUp Gold 8.0

I 've installated it but whatsUp doesn't work. It show a message contains whats up gold time expired, but the cd is new.

Is there a possibility that the cd is wrong or could try to do something in the configuration server????

Was WUG previously installed on the server at all??

Please provide the screen shot of the problem. You might want to verify the date of the server it's being installed on.

If you previously installed 1.5.1 90 day demo and reinstalled, you are not going to be able to use the product on the same server.

Please post a screenshot of the problem!
