Archive Management on LMS

Hi,

I have scheduled a config backup using archive management in RME on LMS.

eventhough the credentials are correct, I am getting the following error on some devices

"Failed to fetch config using RCP.Connection timed out: connect Verify RCP is enabled or not. TFTP: Failed to fetch config using TFTP. Failed to get the start tag-! in the configuration.Check if the startup-config file is present on the device. "

can anyone help on this.

Is this happening on any device in particular? (like a 4948G)

What version of RME are you running?

The Version of RME is 4.0.5

It is occuring on 10 devices out of 150 devices.(different type of devices)

Last week we hit the same problem (LMS2.6 RME 4.0.6 on W2K3). Did someone found an answer on this ?
