Hi Tom,

This "Shared Line" approach to multiple devices is fully supported. When configuring the Directory Number for the new Device just make it exactly the same as the existing phone. When you do this a new note pops up in RED indicating Shared Line. Some settings like Forward no Answer and Forward Busy settings will propogate from Device A to Device B when this is done.

We have mulitple devices with the same number, like many of our equipment rooms share DN XXXX so when you are looking for your co-worker just dial XXXX in the call rings in all rooms :)
