CUE Script - Allowing more than one digit input

Hello there,

I'm trying to modify a script that I have in hand but am not sure how to do so.

What I currently have is a "Menu" function that plays a prompt saying: For Tom press 1, For Bob press 2, etc...

Since the employees have increased over 10, I need to modify the script to be able to accept more than one digit, because "Menu" only allows one.

Can anyone suggest what I can change in the script?

Thanks,

Ali

Well I am sure there several ways to skin this cat but one way I forsee accomplishing this is to move all entries to 2 digits instead of 1. For example press 10 for Tom, 11 for Bob, ...press 20 for Susie.

From a Scripting Standpoint you can have a Menu inside a Menu. For Example I want to press 10 for Tom. I dial in and press the 1 and that hits option 1 on Menu 1 and then calls Menu 2 (which has a blank prompt) where I press 0 to call redirect to Tom.

Should be transparent to caller as they just dial 10.

Hope that makes sense.
