Here is a strange one. Doing a cutover from 4.x (Old server) to a Pub and Sub 5.1 system. everything works well except for srst.
the phone comes up with the active and standby as well as the srst but if i fail the WAN nothing happens. just stays at registering.
now if i put them back on the old ccm it works properly.
changes i have made are as follows:
ccm-manager config server <to new ip>
all other configs remain the same
call-manager-fallback
max-conferences 6 gain -6
transfer-system local-consult
limit-dn 7910 1
limit-dn 7940 2
limit-dn 7960 2
ip source-address <ethernet> port 2000 strict-match
max-ephones 20
max-dn 20
system message primary Main link down
dialplan-pattern 1 31.. extension-length 4 extension-pattern 31..
keepalive 10
default-destination 3160
access-code fxo 9
any ideas?

ccm-manager config server
is for your MGCP config and does not matter here.
did you change the:
ip source-address
Do you have the SRST referece defined on CM? Is it associated with the proper Device Pool?

the ip-source address remained the same - local ethernet ip. this was there before. i have defined 4 device pools for my 4 locations and in my srst i put to use each location. i have also defined my srst reference to point to the IP i had configured on the old system. Now all phones are 7912-A. would firmware be an issue here?.
