DIALER TRIGGERS ABNORMALLY!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

In what circumstances will a dialer triggers even if it is in shutdown mode?

CONFIGURATION BELOW

Are you sure that it is dialer 3 that is activating? With the dialer in shutdown I can not see a way that it would be dialing. If there are 3 other dialers that are up up, is it possible that one of them is activating? I would suggest that you run debug dialer and post the output from it on the next time that the router activates its dialing interface.
