Has anyone tried new 5.1.3 call manager?

Today I upgraded my call manager from

5.1.2.3105-1 to 5.1.3.1000-12.

So I have all speed dials titles disappeared from phones (e.g. only digits displayed on SD instead of names).

My MGCP gateway doesn't work for incoming call from PSTN.

So the question is:

If anyone tried this release of CUCM what problem were you experienced?

I have a similar issue on 5.1.3 4000-4 where the speed dials disappear from the phone if you update either the speed dials or the abbreviated dials. We recently upgraded from 5.1.2.

My issue was solved by rebooting, FYI.

5.1.3.1000-12

Is not a good version to be, at least upgrade to the latest SR in CCO, since we have found numerous DDTS.
