CTI Manager & RIS data collector

I have a cluster with CallManager 4.1. No IP Phone can register in one of the subscriper. The CTI Manager and RIS data collector services was stopped. I tried to restart the services but failed even I reboot my call manager. Anything I can check to resolve? please help. Thanks.

I have this problem too.

Chek the services are running [CTI and RIS]:

follow the steps: start ->program-> services, in the page check the following services are running [ IIS, CTI and RIS]
