Hi All,
On IPCC Express we have a couple of services that are shown stopped and in red. There is no option to restart these particular services from IPCC. Does anybody know if there is any way to restart these services properly (they do not start even if we reboot the server)? Restarting them from Windows Services does not bring them live on the IPCC screen.
Thanks.

Alexander,
Some of these services are potentially licensed features of IPCCx Enhanced or even Premium. What version of IPCCx are you running and what are the services that fail to start?

Hi,
We are running IPCC Express Enhanced 4.0(5)SR01_Build040.
The services that fail to restart are:
Cisco Desktop Call/Chat Service,
Cisco Desktop License and Resource Manager Service.
These services are set to Manual Start in MS Services, but when we restart the server the services do not start.
