Cisco OS 2000.2.7

I try to install CCM 4.2, but i have upgrade the Cisco OS Version at 2000.4.2sr1 or later, when i try to install 2000.4.2 the installation fail, i have a 2000.2.4 cisco OS version and i need 2000.2.7 for the upgrade, but 2000.2.7 is not available on cisco.com

How to can upgrade the Cisco OS Version whitout this version?

Hi,

You typically need the media for this.

You need to go to the product upgrade tool - http://www.cisco.com/upgrade/

Then order the appropriate sw kit.

You could also try your local Cisco account manager.. but I dont know if they are allowed to distribute it.
