Caller ID

We have an off-site clinic connected to our main locatoin via T1. Outbound calls go out a PRI at our main location. We have been getting reports that outbound calls have an incorrect caller id. The caller ID showing up as being from our main location's number.

I have setup route patterns for our remote location and set the Calling Party Transform Mask to have the correct caller ID. Am I missing something else.

I have this problem too.

Check the Route List and GW configuration to make sure you are not transforming digits there. Also if this is H.323 GW make sure there are no translation rules on the GW.

Check under your RL Route List Detail Configuration page:

set the "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask" to default. If that is not done already.
