Cannot create CTI Route Point on CCM

Hi all,

I have a Callmanager 5.1 server and a UCCX 4.5 server running well. When I tried to add the 2nd UCCX server (different cluster from the 1st server), things went OK untill JTAPI adding. It displayed an error message in red: "Could not create CTI Route Point and corresponding line on CallManager".

Could anyone explain this for me and give me some workaround?
