Toll Bypass- no audio sometimes

I'm running CCM 4.1.2 with MGCP gateways and extension mobility. I've got toll bypass working between 5 sites and am only having a problems with one site.

When a user from site A logs into a phone in site B and tries to make a site A local call i.e. call gets routed over WAN to site A and initiates the call from the local gateway, there is no ring back tone and no audio either way. If this person tries again immediately afterwards it works perfectly.

This always happens it never works on the first attempt, second attempt is fine.


These statements are on both routers:

network-clock-participate wic 1

network-clock-select 1 E1 0/1/0


I've also tried:

voice call send-alert

voice rtp send-recv


It's a very strange issue I think it has to be something with the router config as I said all the sites have toll bypass working correctly.


I've done loads of searches but nothing seems to help.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
