catalyst 4506 crashes with no information

Hi all,

We have a catalyst 4506 which keeps crashing with no reasonable information on the crashinfo file. Could someone throw some light on how to troubleshoot this further. Have tried swapping the power supply and with both on still no luck.

Does it go off? what is the nature of the crash? I had a problem on a similar switch where it will look as it is up but with no connectivity, no errors, the switch do look like it is fuctional, but you can not ping in or out. I endeup replacing the supervisor module.
