Here is the link you can access.
http://cisco.com/en/US/support/tsd_products_field_notice_summary.html
Generally, if you find any links on here that you cannot access, then remove the /partner or /customer from the URL, and you get the public version.

Hi,
If you have CCO account you can check your IOS vulnerabilities/bugs from the Bug Toolkit http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/
With or without vulnerabilities, without securing the IOS, your router can be accessed by unauthorized people or they can send DDOS top bring it down. To minimize/eliminate exposure to external threats especially if your router is an internet router, check the guidelines in these links;
http://www.cymru.com/Documents/secure-ios-template.html
Check your router exposure to external threats by using Nessus the #1 vulnerability scanner (voted by both good and bad hackers).
http://www.nessus.org/download/index.php
For bugs, you can avoid it by not using the IOS feature that are affected by bugs if you don't need it. Best is to have a back to back maintenance for IOS update.

Dandy
