Hi all
I have to build a trunk connection between two 2950-SX (over fiber).
The trunk connection is a MTRJ-MTRJ fiber cable.
Does it work, when the MTRJ-MTRJ cable has only a length of 2m.
(Both devices are in the same place).
Thanks,
Norbert

I believe the minimum distance is 2m, you might consider maybe a patch cable longer than that and just spool up the excess. But in my experiences 2m for 10/100/1000 trunks will work fine. Not exactly sure about 10Gbe.

Hi,
The minimum fibre patch cable length is 1meter. 2meters should work
