Vlan server Synchronization

Hi All,

With my two 2950 catalysts whenever a vlan is created it is replicated to the other switch as expected but interface they are assigned to was not automatically replicated on the other switch until i go there to configure (switchport mode access and switchport access vlan XXXX).

Is it normal that the configured interface in one switch is not automatically replicated or im doing some wrong?

Hi,

Interfaces need to manually assign to the VLAN in each switch. The interface assignment to a VLAN in switch1 will not be automatically mirrored in switch2
