No recorded name prevents users opening Exchange mailbox

We are moving our Exchange mailboxes to a new Server with more hard drive space. We have found that people that do not have a recorded name in Unity 4.0(5) are having problems opening their Exchange mailbox after move. We found that msExchRecordedName has a default value (we believe in it) The fix that we have found it to delete this value. Can anyone shed some light to minor issue? It was like 6 out of 600.

I have this problem too.
