Solved: IP Phone 7975G and Catalyst 3550 inlinepower

Dear All,

I need to know if i can use Cisco inline power in Catalyst 3550 for powering IP Phone 7975G asap.

Has anyone tried it before?

I don't think so, the 7975 needs class 3 802.3af power, but the 3550 can only provide the "old" inline power.

I tried 7985's and 7971G-GE's and they all don't power up...
