Calling name with "TEL" failing

We have Cisco SIP phones on a Broadsoft VoIP platform. If the characters "TEL" appear anywhere in the inbound calling name, the call goes directly to VM. Can anyone recommend a SIP phone debug to capture this? The sequence of the letters matters as well. "LET" works..

I have this problem too.
