Hi.

I?m having trouble monitoring ports in nm-cem-4ser modules, i cant get the router to send traps when the port goes down, neither can my management software detect the ports as ports just the card as a module. The ports is also missing in the interface index. I have tried 3 different ios versions 12.3(15)t and 12.4.(5)t and 12.4(3)g sp services and adv ip services. How can i solve this problem?

Circuit Emulation over IP (CEoIP) Network Modules NM-CEM-4SER 4-port serial Circuit Emulation over IP (CEoIP) network module will support Cisco 2851. The WIC-1ENET is not supported in any of the 2800 series routers. Can you provide some more information. you can try adv ip services.
